Police: East Lake homicide ruled justifiable by Jeff. Co. District Attorney’s office
The shooting happened around 10:45 p.m. Saturday at 420 78th Street South in the East Lake Community. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department has identified the victim as Glen Junior Morrow.
