2 Utica Women Arrested Following Walmart Larceny Investigation
The two women were subsequently arrested. Alycia Lee, 21, of Utica, and Ashley Rivera, 27, of Utica, were charged with grand larceny due to the value of the stolen items exceeding $1,050.
